The 2013 Wine & Food Jubilee Raffle's Grand Prize is a brand new car with a MSRP of $25,000 -- either a Toyota Camry, Volkswagen Passat or Hyundai Sonata -- thanks to Momentum Auto Group in Fairfield. There are also $10,000 in cash prizes to be awarded. Tickets are $50 each, or buy two and get the third for free. Tickets can be purchased by calling (707) 646-3133.
